Last Minute Bibs ("we", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). This policy is maintained by the Last Minute Bibs team and explains what we collect and how we use it.
Information we collect
Account details (name, email), listing details you provide, your public profile photo, your private race-entry verification selfie, and technical logs (IP address, browser type) needed to operate the service.
Public profile photo
The profile photo you add to your account is shown publicly on every listing you create, alongside your display name. Do not upload a photo you would not be comfortable appearing on the public marketplace. You can replace or remove it at any time from your account page.
Private race-entry verification selfie
To help protect the community from fraud, sellers upload a selfie holding their race bib or official entry confirmation. This photo is stored privately, is only accessed by the LastMinuteBibs moderation team for the purpose of verifying the listing, and is never shown on the public marketplace or shared with buyers. It is retained only while required for moderation, audit and dispute-handling and may be deleted on request once no longer needed.
How we use it
To operate the marketplace, verify accounts and listings, moderate content, respond to enquiries, and communicate about your account.
Who we share with
We do not sell personal information. We share limited information with service providers who help us run Last Minute Bibs (hosting, email). Verification selfies are not shared with other users.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information (including your profile photo and verification selfie) at any time by contacting us.
