Welcome to Last Minute Bibs. By using this website, you agree to these terms. Last Minute Bibs is an independent Australian marketplace that connects runners buying and selling race bibs.
1. The service
Last Minute Bibs provides a platform only. All transactions, payments and bib transfers occur directly between buyers and sellers. We are not a party to any transaction.
2. Event transfer rules
You are responsible for confirming that any race entry can be transferred under the relevant event's official rules. Last Minute Bibs does not guarantee that a listed bib can be transferred.
3. Listings
Sellers must accurately describe their bib and are prohibited from listing entries that cannot be officially transferred.
4. Prohibited use
Fraud, harassment, and any attempt to circumvent event transfer policies are prohibited and will result in account suspension.
5. Independence
Last Minute Bibs is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any event listed on this platform.
6. Liability
Last Minute Bibs is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, we exclude all liability for losses arising from transactions between users.
7. Participation disclaimer
Participation in any running or endurance event carries inherent risks, including the risk of injury, illness or death. Last Minute Bibs does not organise, manage or operate any event. Buyers and sellers are responsible for ensuring any transfer complies with the relevant event organiser's rules and policies. Participants acknowledge they take part in any event entirely at their own risk. We encourage runners to use official event transfer processes wherever available.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia.
